Frame
14,000lb GVWR std model, the frame will be 12" 14lb per
foot I-beam. On the tandem dual models, we
step it up to 19lb per foot 12" I-beam, and on the 30,000lb rated
model, 12" 26lb per foot I-beam on the frame and tongue.
Rrub Rails
Rub rails are 8" channel steel, on 20k models they are 10"
channel steel, and on 24 and 30k models we
bump them on up to 12" channel steel.
Cross Members
14k and the 20k models, the crossmembers are 3" channel
steel on approximate 16" spacings while the
24k and 30k models get 4" channel crossmembers on the same spacing.
Bumper - 4" channel steel with some end cap braces
TieDowns - stake pockets down both sides every 24" and
also include a giant D-Ring at each corner rated at over 15,000lbs
per ring.
Hitch and Jack - On the tag type or bumper hitch model, a
12,000lb spring-loaded dropleg jack is positioned near the front of
the tongue while a Pacific Rim 15,000lb rated adjustable height 2-5/16"
coupler is used. All models above 14k will have an adjustable height
pintle ring hitch as standard.
A gooseneck model will have the same jack and hitch as our Hi-Deck©
trailer.
