What’s Standard on an H&H Trailer for Paint?

Though NOTHING is bulletproof, the best overall finish for any steel substrate is still a very hot pressure wash with a high acid content phosphate solution followed by a base steel primer (DuPont® is our choice) followed by no less than two wet coats of a high quality enamel paint.

We choose DuPont® as our total finish system and have had EXCELLENT results since making the change in January of 2004! Don’t judge an H&H trailer by a two-year-old model! The newest units have paint unlike any other model before them! Constant improvements with DuPont engineers makes our paint among the most durable finishes in the industry.
